About Me
My name is Javier Tárraga, and I’ve been working for close to 20 years primarily in the world of football tournaments, and more recently in other sporting events too.
My first experience in the world of tournaments was in the Villarreal Cup, where I worked for 7 years as the commercial director.
I then went on to organise the Manga Cup, with those who to this day remain my best clients.
In 2010, I joined Tour-Sport, where I worked in the organisation and commercialisation of different tournaments: Valencia CF Easter and Summer Cup, Benidorm Cup and Costa Blanca Cup, up until this year.
In 2017 we signed an agreement with the facilities at Oliva Nova allowing us to host both external events and our own. Since then, we’ve had events ranging from the Spanish Championship of Youth Rugby, the Valencia Rugby festival with the Fundación Trinidad Alfonso, the Spanish Championship of Veteran Football with the participation of elite teams, the male and female Spanish Championships of Rugby Sevens, the Desafío Oliva Nova tournament and the Spanish Championship of electronic darts with more than 3000 participants.
During all of these events I worked as commercial director at Tour-Sport and TSB Oliva Nova.
This grounding I have in the world of sports, along with my past working experiences have led me to take the decision to now work independently in managing my own business
